Pivotal Counseling Center's Lake in the Hills office offers counseling for adults, teens, children, couples and families. We help with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, grief, trauma, stress and life transitions. Our office is at 1301 Pyott Rd., Suite 101, in the Oak Street Office building. We Accept Medicaid
Every counselor at our Lake in the Hills office accepts Illinois Medicaid, including Meridian, Molina and Blue Cross Community Health Plans. Many local practices don't take Medicaid, and we think everyone deserves access to good mental health care. We also accept BCBS PPO, BCBS Blue Choice, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR and more, and some of our Lake in the Hills counselors accept Medicare. Not sure what your plan covers? Visiting Our Lake in the Hills Office
We're in the Oak Street Office building on Pyott Road, between Crystal Lake, Huntley and Algonquin. There's plenty of free parking, and the office is wheelchair accessible. Appointments are available weekdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with some weekend times, by appointment only.
