Pivotal Counseling Center's Elgin office offers counseling for adults, teens, children, couples and families. We help with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, grief, trauma, stress and life transitions. Our office is at 665 Tollgate Rd., Suite B, near I-90 and Route 31. We Accept Medicaid
Every counselor at our Elgin office accepts Illinois Medicaid, including Meridian, Molina and Blue Cross Community Health Plans. Many local practices don't take Medicaid, and we think everyone deserves access to good mental health care. We also accept BCBS PPO, BCBS Blue Choice, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR and more, and some of our Elgin counselors accept Medicare. Not sure what your plan covers? We're on Tollgate Road near Alexander's Cafe and Dunkin', with free parking in our on-site lot. Appointments are available weekdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with some weekend times, by appointment only.
