It can be intimidating to reach out for guidance, especially while dealing with uncomfortable feelings and difficult life circumstances. Thankfully, there is so much that can be gained by prioritizing your own care and wellness.
My practice is rooted in the belief that you are a multifaceted and insightful human being.I believe that sometimes, people just need a space to slow down, think, process, and reflect. When we can find a space that is free of judgement and fosters support, growth, and reflective honesty- the challenges of life can feel much less overwhelming. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, or general stress related to this current time in your life… I trust that you can learn and grow, despite the problems set before you. Therapy is a special experience and offers an opportunity to be met, exactly where you are, as a means of helping get you one step closer to where you would like to be.
I pull from different therapeutic modalities meant to challenge unhealthy core beliefs and promote mindful awareness. I will help you identify your strengths and talents so that you can learn how to better respond to difficult situations. My practice supports the cultivation of time management, stress management, self-esteem building, and the development and maintenance of healthy relationships.
On a personal note….
I am quite a homebody so comfy clothes, a book, and a cup of coffee suit me just fine. I also enjoy baking, running, mindfulness practices, any Fall based outdoor activity (apple picking, pumpkin picking, trail walks, etc.). My greatest joy is supporting my son in his musical and sports related endeavors.
