Finding the right mental health clinician can be intimidating and stressful, especially during difficult life circumstances. After building a trusting therapeutic relationship, I take an integrative approach by utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques. My aim is to meet the specific needs of each client and work together to meet your goals. I am very passionate about the mind/body connection and the importance of managing stress with self-care and mindfulness. Understanding how your issues show up in your thoughts, your body and your relationships is an important path to wellness.

I provide a supportive, judgment-free environment to bring awareness to this process and learn  skills to lead a happier and healthier life.

I have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults in both hospital and community mental health settings. Prior to my work in mental health, I worked in the medical field for almost a decade serving roles in patient advocacy and emergency medical services. Through all these experiences, as well as my own experience as a consumer of healthcare, I have learned the importance of working alongside people as a supportive guide on their journey to healing.

On a personal note…

I enjoy spending time hiking, camping, and going on outdoor adventures with friends and family. I’m a self-taught historian and you can find me exploring museums or watching documentaries in my free time. I’m an avid reader and enjoy trying different genres and learning new skills. My latest undertaking: improving my cooking!
