Fees

Most sessions are 60 minutes and cost $150. If you have insurance, your fee will be based on the contracted rate from your insurance company for in-network or out-of-network benefits.

We accept insurance, out-of-network insurance benefits and self-pay. We also offer a reduced fee for those who cannot afford the full rate. Please call in advance to discuss this option. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Please check your insurance card to confirm you are in network.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • What is the difference between and in-network and an out-of-network provider?
  • How do I file a claim for an out-of-network provider?

How do I use my out of network insurance benefits?

You can utilize your out of network benefits to work with me. We would provide you with a Superbill, which is an invoice along with some specific diagnostic codes that justify why you have come to seek help. You would be responsible for my full fee at the beginning of each session, and then you would submit the Superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement of a percentage of my fee. Please call your insurance company to learn more about your specific benefits and how to complete this process. If you prefer, we will call your insurance to gather this information and then discuss it with you.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you participate in a FSA, HSA, or HRA you will be able to use those funds towards therapy services.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 fee. No portion of this fee will be covered by insurance.
