Starting therapy is a significant step, and it can feel daunting—especially when you’re already managing a lot. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start. I take an integrative, collaborative approach, using tools tailored to your needs, including mindfulness techniques to help you stay grounded. Together, we focus on practical goals that fit your everyday life. With a background in sports, I especially connect with children, teens, and young adults navigating stress related to school, activities, or life transitions. I also work with individuals of all ages, meeting each person where they are. Sessions offer a judgment-free space to explore how challenges impact your thoughts, body, and relationships. Along the way, we build practical skills—and make room for a bit of humor, too.

On a personal note:

I’m happiest outside—whether that’s playing soccer, hiking, spending time by Lake Michigan, or traveling somewhere new. Colorado feels like a second home, with its mountains and wide-open sky, and I enjoy discovering hidden spots in new cities. I value authenticity, humor, and showing up as my full self, and I aim to create spaces where others feel comfortable doing the same.
