Life can feel confusing and overwhelming, especially during seasons of growth and change. I believe therapy is most helpful when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust. My approach focuses on creating space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace, building understanding around what they’re experiencing, and developing skills that support confidence, resilience, and healthier relationships.

I was drawn to the counseling field by a desire to walk alongside people as they navigate stress, transitions, and questions about who they are and where they’re headed. I approach therapy with curiosity, patience, and warmth, using conversation, creativity, and reflection to help clients make sense of their experiences. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work collaboratively to strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and support meaningful growth both in and outside the therapy room.

On a Personal Note

Spending time with friends is very important to me, and I try to fill my life with connection and laughter. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing volleyball, swimming, or diving into a new creative project. I also love spending time with my dog, Junie—whether we’re exploring new trails and dog parks or curled up on the couch watching a movie.
