We offer couples counseling in Woodstock and Lake in the Hills.

You could be searching for couples counseling because you think something is wrong with your relationship. We believe that acknowledging the need for marriage counseling can be a sign that something is right. Recognizing this is a good first step and it allows you to find the support and guidance of an experienced marriage counselor and start the process to move forward.

The good news is that both of you acknowledge a barrier exists to greater intimacy. We consider that realization a key turning point and use this as a foundation to begin working.

Watch this short video where they discuss some of the common issues couples see in their relationship.

Will my insurance cover this?

Insurance almost always covers family counseling, and we believe couples are family. Insurance can be confusing when you call to ask if they cover couples counseling, as you will sometimes get bad information. It is best to have someone who works with insurance call to inquire about this, as we know the right questions to ask.
